2. What data is collected?
a. Data you provide to us
Through the website's contact and quote request forms:
- First and last name
- Phone / WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Company name, industry, city (depending on the form)
- Indicative budget and project description
b. Data collected automatically
- Anonymized browsing data (pages viewed, duration, device type, traffic source) via Google Analytics 4
- Advertising identifiers and conversion events via the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid), used to identify where a request came from
3. Why is this data used?
- To get back to you following your request and send you a quote
- To handle the sales follow-up of your project in our internal tool (CRM)
- To measure and optimize the performance of our ad campaigns and our website
- To improve our services and our communication
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, as well as ANIMA's legitimate interest in developing its business.
4. Who has access to your data?
Your data is accessible only to the ANIMA team, for the purpose of handling your request. It may be processed by our technical service providers, strictly for the operation of the service:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of the website and our CRM
- Supabase / PostgreSQL — CRM database
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel, Conversions API) — audience and conversion measurement
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
5. How long is it kept?
- Quote requests and prospects: 3 years from the last contact
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years for accounting and legal obligations
- Browsing data: 14 months maximum
6. Cookies
The website uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement cookies (Meta Pixel). These scripts are loaded with a delay, after your first interaction with the page. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the website remains fully functional.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, and to object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, email us at akram@anima.ma: we reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection) — cndp.ma.
8. Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our CRM is protected by authentication and restricted to team members.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown below.

No. Your data is never sold, rented or traded. It is used solely to process your request and for sales follow-up.
How do I get my data deleted?
Send an email to akram@anima.ma stating your request. We delete your data and confirm it within 30 days.
Can I refuse measurement cookies?
Yes. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. The website works normally without them.
